What We ARE:

Advantage Equipment Operators is an equipment operator service. We use the machinery we are proficient with to help you accomplish tasks. Whether you are homeowner, contractor, commercial property owner, or property manager our machinery and operators can take the hard work out of your next project.

What We Are NOT:

Advantage Equipment Operators is NOT a landscape company with a $5000 minimum purchase. We are NOT going to turn down customers because their project is too small. We are NOT one specialized service that only performs in one industry. We ARE a helping hand to you on any project where equipment saves backs, provides a higher quality end product.

Getting work done without breaking your back is the reason equipment exists and the right equipment for any job makes all the difference. Many people, contractors and homeowners alike, choose not to use necessary equipment for several reasons. Often, they are worried that the equipment will cause damage to their lawn or landscape. This is a valid concern! A 7500 pound skid steer will leave ruts in a lawn and will tear up anything it skids over.

Another reason revolves around access issues. Much of the equipment built today is built for spaces with no access limitations. Again, skid steers can be as wide as they need to be because the most common applications do not involve driving through a narrow gate. Sadly, some of the market solutions to this problem have fallen far short of the needs. Advantage Equipment Operators specializes in that “right equipment.”

Services Offered

It is very simple really…we want to help you with any project that requires heavy equipment where delicate surfaces (lawns or landscapes) are a concern. Below are some services we regularly perform, but never hesitate to call when you have a need that you think would fit. (Think: A 500lb flower pot that needs to be moved from the backyard into the moving truck!)

Plant Plukerz

Very popular service! Advantage’s equipment is excellent at removing large overgrown (or dead) shrubs or small trees, root ball and all!. With over 2000lbs of lifting force as well as nifty digging tools, the shrubbery that would take you all day to remove (and a week to recover) will take us an hour. It’s a no-brainer to have our help when it comes to a project like this. (P.S. We can haul it away for you too!)

Positive Grades and Proper Drainage

Water along your foundation can be devastating to your home… the largest investment many will make in their lifetime. Advantage Equipment Operators provides after-the-fact grading and drainage options with a “minimally disruptive” work area. The crew has extensive experience with grading, french drains and downspout installations. Our goal is to get water moving away from your foundation without selling you a complete new landscape at the same time! Win, Win…

ZERO Landscape Service

Do you have a yard that identifies as a “wildlife preserve” or are you in need of help with careful demolition of certain features of the lawn or landscape (Removal of boulders, old rock, retaining walls, soil, tree stumps, etc)? Maybe you are selling your house and you don’t want to re-landscape, but you need to do something about the weeds, dog holes, and old stumps. Advantage can help with any number of lawn and landscape projects including hauling away debris. Just ask for a quote!

Event Cleanup

Events hosted by municipalities, event planners, or your neighborhood block party can create some messes that can use a professional cleaning. Advantage has the tools to clean the mustard and snow cone stains that begin to ferment on the main-street sidewalks or the high-school football stadium. Advantage uses high-pressure washing and broom attachments to clean up the messes left behind. The event was very fun, but the cleanup can remind you how exhausting it is to throw a party. Let us help you keep your fond memories of the event and alleviate the cleanup burden that often generate memories of their own.

Cleanin’ Da Concrete

Our diverse machines have a pressure washer…with a 5ft boom sprayer…and enough pressure to shave your legs (not recommended)! There are also bucket broom attachments for sweeping and collecting dry debris. Advantage offers driveway, sidewalk, garage and patio cleaning with sweeping and washing services. This service is excellent for anyone preparing their garage for epoxy, or just needing a deep-clean on the driveway after a long winter. Whatever your concrete cleaning needs might be, we have a solution for you!

Parking Lot Sweeping

If you own a commercial building you know the importance of a professional image AND the liability that comes with a dirty parking lot. Advantage uses bucket broom attachments on our machines that can sweep thousands of square feet of parking lot surfaces. Whether you own a small bank or chiropractic office or a large commercial complex, we can help keep your hard surfaces clean and safe from hazards. This can be performed as a one-time service or on a contractual basis.

XL Junk Removal

There are MANY junk removal companies running around out there. Advantage Equipment Operators is there and ready to help when two guys don’t have the 2000-pound lifting capacity needed to get really heavy or oversized items lifted into a truck. Our junk removal service is also great for those old, weedy piles of trash that are woven together with rusty nails and wire and that offer an exciting game of “what is going to try to bite my hand when I reach in there.” Let us help you avoid trips to the hospital for a displaced L5 vertebrae or a tetanus shot!

Roofing And Solar

With a telescoping boom you can reach the moon! Well, not the moon, but you can reach the bottom side of the roof. If you are a roofer or solar installation company, our machinery will reach up 9ft to the bottom of the pallet forks. Why not use this machine to lift heavy solar and roofing components up to the roof for easier AND SAFER installation?

Field Mowing or Brush-Cutting

While this doesn’t require a machine that is overly delicate, our machines feature an amazing flail mower attached to the boom of the tractor. As opposed to brush hog, a flail mower provides a cleaner cut and mulches down the clippings much finer for quicker breakdown. Also, mowing out front cuts the grass or weeds before driving over it, so you avoid the striping or missed areas often seen in bush-hogging.

Some Other Helpful Options…

Removal or installation of raised garden boxes, removal of old concrete or flagstone patios, removal of fence posts with concrete or “T” posts, pulling out old weed barrier, quick installation of many landscape materials including mulch, rock, placement of boulders and planters, and cleanup from a host of different projects and events.
