We are not a walk-in rental facility. Pickup can be arranged by appointment-only for certain items like dump trailers. 90% of our rentals are delivered. We keep our delivery and pickup rates very affordable.
Advantage delivers equipment along the entire front range of Colorado. We are based in Boulder County but we deliver equipment from Fort-Collins to Colorado Springs and will deliver to some mountain towns as well.
It is best to reserve equipment through our online reservation system\. You can reserve machines, attachments, and schedule drop-off times. It’s very simple!
When you make a reservation, you can select a drop-off time. We try to honor that time as closely as possible, but there will be delay factors outside of our control. We try to arrive on time, but it could be up to two-hours delayed if unforeseen factors exist. Occasionally, we will drop off early if the routing makes sense to do so. You will not be charged for the additional time. The clock will start at your selected reservation time.
When you make your reservation, you will select the number of days you need the machine. We will schedule the pickup for the day your reservation ends and the same time as it was dropped off. The pickup time will be within two hours of the original drop-off time.
You can request to update your reservation online or by calling us. We will do our best to accommodate your extension. In the event that we have a conflict of machines and/or attachments, we will do our best to get a machine back to you as soon as another machine or attachment opens up. There is limited availability of equipment but we do try to keep items in stock to prevent overlaps.
We try to keep our delivery rates very affordable. Here is our delivery rate schedule.
Delivery fee:
$75 for pickup and delivery within 30 miles of Boulder
$100 for pickup and delivery within 31-45 miles of Boulder
$140 for pickup and delivery within 45-60 miles of Boulder

We try to service our customers as quickly as possible. Often we can service you same-day, but sufficient lead-time is always preferred. If you have a project scheduled and can reserve the equipment a couple days ahead of time, the process will be very smooth. Last-minute reservations will be fulfilled as quickly as possible but cannot necessarily be immediate.
In most cases, yes. Incidental damage may be covered by the Damage Waiver. For complete details on our rental policies, please refer to the Terms & Conditions outlined in the provided Rental Agreement.
One Day Rental = One (1) 8-hour shift over a 24-hour period
One Week Rental = Five (5) 8-hour shifts over a seven-day period
One Month Rental = Twenty (20) 8-hour shifts over a 28-day period
You may use the equipment for up to eight (8) hours through 9 AM on the following business day. If you use the equipment for more than one (1) 8-hour shift, you will be charged for two (2) days of use.
No. The equipment is delivered with a full fuel tank. Your final invoice will reflect any fuel needed to fill the machine. This fuel will be charged at 1.25x the average diesel fuel rate.
We always do our best to deliver the equipment at the pre-arranged time; however, due to traffic conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances, we do not guarantee delivery time. If the equipment is delivered outside of a two-hour delivery window, please call us. If you have a specific time that the equipment must be delivered, please notify us in advance.
Not without making prior arrangements. For insurance purposes, the delivery address of the equipment is where the equipment needs to stay. If you have extenuating circumstances we can discuss that before your reservation. But in general, the equipment is meant to stay at the delivery site.
Yes! We can arrange a time for you to pick up a dump trailer. If you have an equipment rental you can pick up the equipment at the same time. Pick-ups need to be arranged similarly to a delivery and you must be there within 20 minutes of the arranged pickup time or you may be charged a fee.
No. Due to the nature of our business and delivery schedule, daily, weekly, and monthly rentals are the options we offer.
